Here at Ryton Gardens based in Coventry, we have four rooms available for hire.
The Doubleday Hall
A large, flat floored room with a beautiful view of the gardens. Set up in theatre style, it can seat up to 80 but can be used in a variety of formations.

The Hills and Brace Room
These two rooms can be used individually for small meetings or used as syndicate rooms in conjunction with the Doubleday Hall.

The Marr Room
The Marr Room is situated on the first floor. It has large French windows with views on to the Gardens, easy chairs and coffee tables, so is ideal for more relaxed meetings. Please note: there is no disabled access to this room. The Marr Room can also be used as an additional breakout room, VIP or trainers’ room.

Car Parking: We have a large, free car park for your delegates
Access: The site is open daily 9-5. Organisers may arrive before 9.00am by prior arrangement. The gardens are open to the public 10.00 am -5.00pm daily
Room Rates
We offer a superb Day Delegate Package, which includes all you need for the day from room hire to catering but our conference rooms can also be booked for a full day or half a day.

Please note that our facilities are open from 9am – 5pm. If you require 8 hours room hire, as well as access into the gardens, please choose our Day Delegates Package. Alternatively you can book the room for a whole day or half a day and pre-order tickets for the gardens. The half day rate is only available in the morning or afternoon.
Terms and Conditions:
Confirmation: The booking will be treated as confirmed when the booking form is received. We will then return a copy of the booking form to you with confirmation, which acts as a receipt.
Cancellation: There is no cancellation fee for confirmed bookings cancelled with at least one months notice. Confirmed bookings cancelled with less than one months notice will be charged 50% of the room hire cost. Cancellation of 48 hours notice, or less, levies a charge of both room hire and catering charges in full.
Invoicing: The hirer will be will invoiced on the basis of the original booking form, plus any additional delegate, catering or other charges immediately after the event. If the number of delegates attending is less than that originally booked, the cost of the event to the hirer shall not be less than 90% if the pre-booked total.
Providers Liability: The provider shall not be responsible for any delay or cancellation due to causes beyond its control.
Hirer’s Liability: The hirer shall be responsible for the conduct of their guests and ensure that their behaviour shall not cause a breach of the law or nuisance to other guests.
The hirer shall reimburse the provider for any cost incurred through willful damage or negligence to the providers property.
Day Delegate Rate
You may wish to opt for our Day Delegate package for £35.00 per person available for a minimum of 12 delegates, which includes:
Full day room hire set out to your specifications
TV, Data Projector, OHP and Flipchart
Arrival tea and coffee
Mid-morning tea and coffee with biscuits
Buffet lunch
Afternoon tea and coffee with homemade scone
