Q. Can I bring a dog?

A. Only assistance dogs are allowed in the gardens.

Q. Can I bring a picnic?

A. YES you can bring a picnic. There are a number of places to sit and enjoy the gardens, but please take your litter home with you, as there are no litterbins in the gardens. Please do not feed the wildlife.

Q. What are your opening times.

A. Please visit the Opening Times section of this website for the latest information.

Q. Do you offer discounts for carers?

A. YES we offer free admission to carers. If you should need any assistance, please contact 024 7630 3517

Q. I have a complaint, what should I do?

A. It is always better if you can let us know straight away. Most complaints can be sorted out quickly by a member of staff and the site staff will welcome the opportunity to do this if at all possible.

Q. Is there a programme of events?

A. YES we run an events programme throughout the year. Click here to see what’s on.

Q. Do you have any job vacancies?

A. All current vacancies are listed on the Garden Organic website www.gardenorganic.co.uk/jobs. You can search for paid and voluntary positions.

Q. Can we take photos on site?

A. All visitors to Ryton Organic Gardens are allowed to take photographs out of doors for their own private use. Any individuals wishing to sell or publish photographs should contact the press office at Garden Organic on 024 7630 3517

Q. Do you have baby changing facilities?

A. YES we have baby changing facilities in our disabled toilet facilities.

Q. Can you smoke?

A. Smoking is not permitted inside the Visitor Centre, Restaurant, toilets or gardens.

Q. Who do I contact with a group visit enquiry?

A. For general information about group visits to Ryton Organic Gardens, please call 024 7630 3517 or email enquiry@gardenorganic.org.uk. Group discounts are available for groups of 10 or more please call for further details.

Q. Where can I get information about access for visitors with disabilities?

A. We warmly welcome visitors with disabilities to our gardens; we also welcome assistance dogs. Most of the site has a good degree of access, however please click here  or call us if you require any further information or to request an access report.

Q. How long should I allow for my visit?

A. Our most recent Visitor Survey indicated that the majority of visitors spent over 3 hours on site

Please note it takes about 20-25 minutes to walk from the bus stop in Wolston to Ryton Gardens
