Planning your visit Q&A
Do we qualify for a group visit?
Our group admission price is for parties of ten or more. Any Garden Organic members in your group get in free. (Please note that Garden Organic members will not count toward your party of ten or more)
What does it cost?
We offer discounted rates of £4.50 per adult and £2.70 for children and concessions (excluding gift aid). Garden Organic members are entitled to free entry as part of a group visit.
Do I need to book?
Yes. To take advantage of our group rate you will need to book in advance.
How do I book?
To ensure that your preferred date is available, please telephone the group bookings office on 02476 303517, or email bookings@gardenorganic.org.uk. We will then send you a booking form. You can pay for your group booking via invoice, or we can take a final payment at the admissions desk on the day.
Do you offer guided tours?
Yes. We can arrange tours for an additional cost of £2.50 per person but require a month’s notice to guarantee the availability of a guide. Tours can be tailor made for beginners or experienced gardeners, or we can simply provide a general tour of our organic gardens.
What can we do for lunch and refreshments?
Once you have confirmed your visit you are welcome to book your group/party into the award winning organic restaurant on site. Please call the restaurant on 02476 308213 for more details as all catering requirements are dealt with by the restaurant directly.
