If you want to find out about the magic of compost then this is the course for you!
The course is primarily aimed at beginners, yet offers tips for those who are more experienced to really get the best out of their home composting. There is time for specific questions to be answered and problems solved.
The topics covered during the afternoon will include:
- Why compost - explaining the benefits to your pocket, soil and the environment
- The do’s & don’ts of composting
- Composting as a living process
We’ll also touch on leafmould, tumblers, wormeries, bokashi & troubleshooting.
The course is delivered both in a classroom setting and outside using our compost demonstration area (so make sure you bring along your waterproofs!).
